Welcome to the AIRHEDZ

AIRHEDZ was created by Tina Carter, formerly of Expressive Feat Productions, as the first and foremost training opportunity for aerialists in Kent.  Since 1999 Tina has been teaching adults and children the specialist arts of trapeze, corde lisse (or rope), silks (also known as tissu) and cocoon.  She is now joined on a regular basis by dancer and aerialist Sarah Walker Down.

 Many people have trained with the Airhedz over the years some moving on to perform with professional touring circuses; others setting up on their own whilst others prefer to stay training and performing on a more local basis.  We welcome anyone who finds they have a passion for suspension, dangling and the aerial arts.

A big thank you and congratulations to all those who took part in the Herne Bay Festival 2010, performing in the somewhat breezy conditions on the seafront!  You will soon find the photographs on our Facebook site.
